Cancellation Policy at Mullally MedSpa in Crown Point, IN

At Mullally MedSpa, please notify us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows, credited to your patient wallet for future services. We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Mullally Med Spa, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance by calling us at 219-779-8735 (Select Option 2) or using your online booking portal.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged.
• No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) may also be charged this fee.

Good news: The $50 fee will be added as a credit to your patient wallet and can be used toward your next treatment or service.
